Right on spot as usual! One important thing to add: if they swear without the real intention to defend the Constitution, it's perjury: the oath is void, null, invalid. Formally, the elected officer never assumes the position and all his pretended acts of government are void, null, invalid: they never existed under the rule of law!
An easy way to prove they were not faithful to the Constitution is openly defending abortion before and after the oath. This means that since at least 1973, there were no legitimate Presidents and that many Congressmen didn't really assume, so all laws passed with their votes were null, including increasing public debt: let THEM pay the trillions!
