While I understand the desire of Ms Ells in arguing against the totalitarian ideas of a moron like this guy, subsidized by parents who raised their own children (i.e. if he’d had his way, no one would have heard of him...), I find no useful purpose in legitimizing his views by doing so.
Tangentially, but of relevance, nearly everyone today fails to grasp that the West rose by killing its enemies. This is how kingdoms were forged, new lands and their resources brought into play, how civilization spread. Charlemagne - largely responsible for the creation of what we call Western Europe today - annually warred on the Saxons, as just one example; Manifest Destiny, another. Civilization has been in retreat since 1945, when it was decided NOT killing our enemies was somehow more civilized. Look around.
