After decades of cover-ups, Washington finally admits government schools are infested with sexual predators—so why did it take millions of victims to act?
It is really hard to wrap my mind around why teachers etc would harm children. It just makes me ill. Our fallen race is reaching the bottom wrung of Gods patience. Here we are Romans1. When I was in Highschool in the early seventies there was talk that one of the younger pretty teachers was having sex with some of the boys on the football team. Most boys talking about it saw it as a benefit rather than sexual abuse. Some just thought it was just wrong.
I am sure this has been going on for a long time and has been swept under the rug !!!
For my state, WV, the data is indisputable regarding the area of sexual abuse in schools. . Here are some headlines: "Abuse: Teacher-Student Sex" (6-1-2008), “Sexual Abuse Plagues Schools” (10-21 -2007), “29 out of 101 Teacher Misconduct Cases Involve Sex Allegations” (10-3-2007), “Abuse is No, 1 Reason Teachers Lose Licenses in W. Va.” (10-17-2005 ) and "Eight families sue former Logan gym teacher charged with sending explicit photos to girls" (3-10-23) headlines.
What an eye-opening article. I knew something was wrong about the government-run educational system when I was forced to attend godless K-12 California public schools. Sad to say, but it’s only gotten worse.
Tribunals are the only way to get this done. The damn teachers unions conceal, shelter, and enable the evil people by buying our state and federal legislatures. When Tribunals start, they will disappear. And the unions will not be able to grift, and violate the sacred trust we’ve given them through sending our children to public schools. Teachers will see somthing being done, and will be more willing to turn the bastards in. Although in my opinion any teacher who knows about abuse and says nothing is just as guilty…
Alex, pull Linda's husband's scandals. Not likely going to have much investigation with someone who has a history of covering up abuse and even alleged trafficking.
